I am very pleased to inform you that the Association of Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP) and the Mechatronics and Robotics Society of the Philippines (MRSP) will organize their First International Conference on Mechatronics and Robotics coinciding with the AMEROB Expo 2019 at World Trade Center, Pasay City, Philippines on September 26-27, 2019.
The theme of the conference is “Harnessing Mechatronics and Robotics Innovations Towards Sustainable and Empowered Society in the Era of Industry 4.0”
Delegates and participants includes members of AUAP in the Asia Pacific Regions and MRSP members nationwide and from companies, institutions, professionals, students and government partners. We also invited other participants who are stakeholders in field of Automation, Mechatronics and Robotics.
This conference is intended to provide a venue for professionals in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Technology to meet and discuss the latest trends in various technologies that are being developed and introduced to the public which are crucial in shaping our future lives. The conference participants will also have the opportunity to witness the first Robotics Competition which will be held at the same time at the World Trade Center. It well also be organized by AUAP, VEX and MRSP.
The organizers are inviting papers to be presented at the conference. The “Guidelines for the Preparation and Presentation of Papers” is attached for your reference.

For participants outside the Philippines, you may register with the AUAP Secretariat at auapheadquarters@aunap.org. The Registration fee for AUAP Members is US $200. per participant. For Non- Members, it will be $250 per participant.
The deadline for filling the registration form and payment of fees is August 30, 2019. Participants outside the Philippines are advised to arrive at the venue not later than September 25, 2019.
