متقاضیان جهت ارزیابی اولیه از طرف مدیریت همکاریهای علمی و بین المللی دانشگاه می بایست مدارک زیر را از طریق این لینک  تا تاریخ 27 دی ماه ثبت نمایند.

– تاییدیه دانشکده و استاد

– ریزنمرات

– شرح حال علمی (CV)

قبل از ثبت درخواست به نکات زیر دقت فرمایید

– در صورتی که برنامه اعلام شده از حمایت مالی برخوردار باشد امکان ثبت نام در بیش از یک دوره نمی باشد و برای هر ترم متقاضی مجاز به ثبت درخواست در یک دوره را دارد

– در صورتی که متقاضی پذیرفته شده از ظرفیت خود استفاده نکند به مدت یک ترم امکان ثبت درخواست برای برنامه هایی که از حمایت مالی برخورداند را نخواهد داشت
